Pope Francis welcomed 19 new cardinals at a ceremony known as a
consistory. It was the first time where a sitting pope appeared in St. Peter's Basilica together with his predecessor. Traditionally, cardinals were mostly from the developed world. This time, there are four Latin Americans, two Asians and two Africans. Allen Pizzey reports.
