Best friends Casey Wilson and Jessica St. Clair visit "The Talk" to dish on their new book, "The Art of Small Talk." Wilson shares, "Well, Jessica and I are the rare psychopaths that love small talk. It makes us horny, we love it....we just love connecting with people. And we know most people hate it, but during Covid we did really miss interacting with strangers." St. Clair adds, "But our boss, if you can believe it, our boss Malcom Gladwell did make us do some research. And what we realized is there is a reason we are obsessed with it, and why we all should be. Because it actually makes you live longer." Wilson confirms, "It gives you a dopamine hit." On their number one rule for small talk, St. Clair reveals, "...and then we would lie, which is one of our mainstays, our biggest rule."
