A boat jammed with migrants fleeing Somalia sank off the coast of Italy after an on-board fire engulfed the boat. The Italian coast guard said there were approximately 500 people onboard; less than 200 have been rescued. Mark Phillips reports. Air Date: Oct 3, 2013
